We are launching our second call for third Grant Period for Short Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) for BM1309 COST action. The full text of the Call can be downloaded here: COST EMF-MED – Call for STSM applications – 2nd Call in 3rd GP

Interested applicants should send their applications by January 16th 2017 at 12:00h CET (noon) to the STSM host institution and to the ESR/STSM/Training Coordinator (ESTC), Prof. Stavros Koulouridis, email: koulouridis@upatras.gr. A copy (CC:) should be sent to Action Secretariat: COST-EMF-MED@fesb.hr. Subject of the email should start with “COST BM1309 – STSM application”

The Centre for Biomedical Cybernetics is pleased to announce a short course on clinical and physiological data analysis. This course is targeted both towards individuals who are interested in the acquisition and analysis of physiological signals and who possess no prior technical knowledge, as well as individuals with a technical background who are interested in clinical and physiological data analysis applications.

The course will consist of the following five modules:

– EEG Fundamentals Module
– Practical EEG Module
– EEGLAB Module

Interested applicants should send their application material by Friday, April 1st, 2016, at 12:00h CET (noon).

It is expected that the approval will be announced by Monday, April 4th.

The start date for the STSM can be chosen from Thursday, April 7th onwards.

It is mandatory that all STSMs must end within this Grant Period of the Action, i.e. before 30 April 2016.

(Although this Grant Period of COST EMF-MED was supposed to last until 31 May 2016, this year the COST Association shortened the Grant Period of all Actions to 30 April 2016 for administrative reasons.)
